I made our booking on Booking.com who provided false information. They claimed that the hotel provides roll away beds. I sent 2 messages to the hotel through Booking.com requesting a roll away bed and never received a response. Got to the hotel to check in and found out they don't have roll away beds. My family consists of myself, my boyfriend, my 22 year old daughter and my 18 year old son. There was no way my daughter and son could share a bed. We went to our room to decide what we planned to do. The desk clerk came to our room to say that he had spoken to the manager about our situation and they offered us a 2nd room at a very good price. Excellent service.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Close to the village but also get the beautiful peace and quite lake George has to offer. The room was great, everything was very clean and new which was really nice! We loved the breakfast, it was great to be able to grab a bite to eat before heading out into the town! Definitely will be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay very much at the Wingate. It was very clean, comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options to choose from. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They recommended some great spots to check out in Lake George as well as restaurants which was so kind of them!

This was a great stay! The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. I stayed here several years ago and the place was unrecognizable from the last time. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast! Seems like they went through a major renovation. Great outdoor space to relax in the evening and very nice pool!
